Pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) Aquadimore.eu informs those (“users” or “interested parties”) who access the site from the address https://www.aquadimore.eu and who use the services available electronically on the institutional website, the following information. This information is provided exclusively in relation to the Aquadimore.eu site and not in relation to other websites that can be consulted by the user through links reported or accessible in the portal itself.
The data controller is Enighma Communication by Massimo Giovannucci, with headquarters in via E. De Nicola, 5 – 42122 – Reggio Emilia (RE), Italy.
Personal data acquired through the site will be processed by Enighma Communication, without the consent of the interested party, pursuant to art. 6 lett. b) and e) of the GDPR, to manage and maintain the site, to allow the use of services and the satisfaction of user requests, to allow effective institutional communication, to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by the Community legislation or by an order of the Authority or in any case connected to institutional activities and functions, or finally to prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuses to the detriment of Enighma Communication through the site.
The sending of e-mails to the institutional addresses indicated in the portal and the compilation of formats entail the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail or in the format. In this case, the acquired data will be processed exclusively to respond to user requests. Specific information or indications on the reference legislation / legal basis may be inserted, in relation to the particular data processing, in specific pages of the site, in the formats or models of documents published on the site.
The processing of data acquired through the site and / or connected to the services of the site takes place at the headquarters of Enighma Communication and possibly at other subjects or computer systems / servers of other subjects specifically designated as (external) data processors. The processing of data takes place both on paper and through the use of IT tools, according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and not excess with respect to the purposes of collection and subsequent processing and after adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use, unauthorized access and in general aimed at ensuring compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and Legislative Decree no. 193/2006 and subsequent amendments The data is processed exclusively by administrative and technical personnel authorized to process it or by any authorized persons for occasional maintenance operations. The site and the online services are not intended for minors under the age of 18. Data relating to minors may be transmitted to Enighma Communication by accessing the site and services only by those exercising parental responsibility.
The user is free to provide personal data entered in the request formats. Failure to provide the data necessary to render the service may make it impossible to obtain what is requested.
Pursuant to art. 5 GDPR, the data will be processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes of the service and processing and / or in compliance with the terms established by law or regulation.
The data provided by Users are not intended for third parties and will not be communicated or disseminated, unless provisions of law or regulations provide otherwise (in particular, the data may be communicated to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom the communication is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes.
The data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
All the rights specified in art. 15 – 20 GDPR, including the right to access, rectify and delete data, the right to limit and oppose the processing, the right to withdraw consent to the processing (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation), as well as to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data if it is believed that the processing violates the Regulation. The aforementioned rights can be exercised by means of written communication to be sent by e-mail, p.e.c. or fax, or by registered mail at the Enighma Communication headquarters.
The portal contains links to third-party sites for further convenience and user information. When the user uses these links, he or she leaves the institutional site of aquadimore.eu by accessing a different site, over which Enighma Communication has no control and for which it has no responsibility whatsoever regarding data processing. It is therefore advisable to examine the policy of each site that is visited.
